Singulair Precautions and Warnings:

Pros:
- Singulair(montelukast) has to be taken only once per day.

Cons:
- it can’t be used in an emergency asthma attack but some other inhalers can.
- The use of Singulair(montelukast) can cause serious mental health disturbances eg. Hallucinations, agitation, dream disorders etc.
